Terms and Condition

• Normal hotel check in time is 1400-1600 hours and check out time is 0900-1200 hours

• Early check – in/late check – out subject to availability

• Hotel category 3 Star / similar

• The above price is based on minimum 2 adults travelling together.

• Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.

• Rooms are subject to availability. Room type (double or twin is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)

• Above is proposed itinerary, days & tours program, it can be change.

• Pan card copy required for billing.

• The cost of outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange (subject to rbi/goi regulation) except cost of ticket. Package cost includes (ground handling charges) dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ.

• The tour cost does not include any travel insurance premium, but we strongly recommend travel insurance.

• Selection of seats in airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.

• As of now we are not holding any service, it is subject to availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.

• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/ holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.

• The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to.

• Please advise us for your meal preference in flight, if any

• Sic/coach/shared transfers have schedule timings for pick up & drop, therefore pax need to wait/cooperate locally

• Some of the countries/cities charging city tax, which guest need to pay directly to hotel.

• You are not allowed to share our package with other travel companies for comparison.

• Guest may need to pay/deposit certain amount to hotel on arrival as security, which will be refunded at the time of check out. This amount is vary hotel to hotel policy
